The best way to improve, is to train 2 - 3 days a week in a progressive manner over the course of the year, taking into consideration, pre season, in season and post season time frames. For best results, we recommend training with us for 6 - 12 months, at least, 1 time per week. We will also provide a self training program that must be performed at home. It is recommended to begin your program during our winter session. Testing will be provided to monitor individual progress every 6 - 8 weeks.
